Cosplay Registration

●First
Cosplayers and photographers: You must register at TIAT SKY HALL 4F (¥1500 fee). You will then gain access to HAF Luggage Check and
HAF Dressing Area. Registration is on a daily basis. Entering the premises already dressed in cosplay is not permitted.
Changing into cosplay outside of HAF Dressing Area is also not permitted.

●Photography Rules
・You must receive permission from a cosplayer in order to take their photo.
・Photography is permitted in the following areas: Observation Deck, Haneda Nihonbashi, Festival Plaza, and Edo Koji.
・Taking photos outside of these areas is prohibited.
・Please refrain from using equipment that will obstruct walkways for airport passengers.
・Radios and other speaker devices that may cause noise disturbances are prohibited.
・Photography in or near dressing areas and restrooms is prohibited.
・While taking photos, photographers must wear their registration card in a visible place on their person.
・In the event an individual is taking photos without a registration card or engaging in other prohibited activity,
・please get the attention of a staff. Do not approach the individual directly.
・Please be mindful of those who are airport passengers or not participating in cosplay.
・Do not take photos of general airport passengers without the permission of the individual.
・(Please get the attention of staff immediately if you see anyone such taking photos without permission.)

●At the Airport
・Current police, military, firefighter or public service uniform costumes are prohibited.
・Please do not draw cosplay katana or swords.
・(In accordance with Swords & Firearms Control Law, only props are permitted. Swords must be kept in their scabbards and at one’s side/back.)
・Please do not point even a cosplay prop gun at anyone at any time.
・All prop guns must have a muzzle plug.

●Prohibited Cosplay
・Cosplay that is considered publicly obscene (i.e. Private parts or underwear is visible, private parts show through transparent layers)
・Cosplay that may dirty or cause damage to property, or cosplay that may cause harm to others (i.e. Wet paint or uncontained liquid)

●Others
・Please take care of your own valuables and personal belongings. (We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal items)
・Please do not cause a public disturbance on site.
・(You will be held responsible by the proper authorities for injury to another person, damages to airport property, and any other such incidents.)

参加ルール

●はじめに
・国際空港を使用したイベントになりますのでコスプレモラルが問われるような行動はお控え下さい。
・空港利用者などが多く往来するスペースにての開催（共有スペース）の為、コスプレ独自のルールは適用されません。
・コスプレのままでのご来場は禁止です。
・コスプレ、撮影をされる方は、まず始めに4F"TIAT SKY HALL"にて受付にて登録証、HAF更衣室・HAF荷物置場利用証をお受け取り下さい。
・HAF更衣室以外での着替えは禁止です。 ・受付は1日ごとに必要となります。

●写真撮影・交流について
・撮影は必ずコスプレをされている方の了承を得て行ってください。
・撮影可能場所(展望デッキ・羽田日本橋・お祭り広場・江戸小路)以外での撮影を禁止します。
・一般旅客利用者の妨げになる大型機材を使用しての撮影はお控えください。
・ラジカセ等の音出しは周囲の方々への迷惑となる為禁止させていただきます。
・男女更衣室やトイレの内部、入口付近の撮影は禁止になります。
・撮影の際、カメラマンは必ず受付にてお渡しする登録証を首にかけて撮影行って下さい。
・万が一、登録証なしの方が撮影されていたり、禁止事項を行っている方を発見した場合、直接注意するのではなく、最寄りのスタッフにお声がけ下さい。
・コスプレ他の空港利用者の写りこみに関して充分な配慮をお願いします。
・空港利用者の無断撮影などは各自の責任にてお願いします。（悪質な盗撮などはスタッフにお声がけ下さい。）

●空港というロケーション上
・現行の警察官、自衛官、消防士など公的に権力を持つ公人の衣装は禁止です。
・刀に関しては抜刀しないでください。(銃刀法に該当しないもの。鞘に入っている状態で腰にささっている状態でお願いします。)
・銃を用いたコスプレをされる方は銃口を人を向けないでください。
・発射不可能となるように銃口を塞いで下さい。

●コスプレの注意事項
・公然わいせつに該当する可能性のあるコスプレ衣装(局部や下着が見えているもの、局部が透けて見えるもの等)
・設備を破損、汚す、また他人を傷つける可能性があるコスプレ衣装(乾いていない塗料や液体が付いているもの等)

●その他
・財布やカードなど貴重品は各自、身につけて自己管理して下さい。（荷物の紛失・盗難については弊社での責任は一切負いかねます。）
・会場内で暴れないようにして下さい。（他人に怪我をさせたり、会場備品等を破損した場合、事故を起こした当事者に責任を取っていただきます。）
